Lining, Concreting, Insulating and Shotcreting Cyclone Separators

Reheating furnaces for rolling production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including:

  • walking hearth and walking beam furnaces, combined walking hearth and walking beam furnaces, continuous pusher-type furnaces for reheating ingots, slabs, blooms and billets of carbon and alloyed steel and those of non-ferrous metals before feeding them into sheet and section rolling mills;
  • roller hearth furnaces for reheating billets in-line within combined casting and rolling units and for reheating semi-finished rolled stock in-line within sheet, pipe and section rolling mills;
  • rotary hearth furnaces (aka annular furnaces) for reheating ingots and billets of round and complex cross-section (e. g. polyhedral one) before feeding them into pipe and section rolling mills;
  • recuperative and regenerative soaking pits for reheating ingots before feeding them into roughing mills

Continuous-action furnaces with electric, gas and combined heating for thermal and chemical-and-thermal treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including:

  • continuous-type furnaces with a roller hearth of various types for the bright and dark heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, etc.) and for the chemical-and-thermal treatment (carburizing, decarburizing, etc.) of sheets, rails, pipes, band in coils, rods, wire in coils, etc.;
  • walking hearth or walking beam furnaces for the heat treatment of pipes and profile steel products;
  • muffle and non-muffle drawing furnaces of various types: horizontal and vertical ones, tower ones for the heat treatment (annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, patenting, etc.) and for the chemical-and-thermal treatment (carburizing, decarburizing, etc.) of thin sheet rolled products, band, wire, etc.
